Group classes
Use the Levels page or start with a beginner format like Basic.
Yes, the Basic level is designed for exactly that. No prior experience needed.
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. You will be automatically notified by email when a slot opens.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before class starts. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged according to policy.
Comfortable workout clothing without zippers or metal parts. Grip socks are optional. Equipment is provided.
Maximum six per class. Group sizes are intentionally kept small to allow for individual corrections and personal attention.
Private 1:1
The initial assessment defines your goals, current ability, and the optimal training plan — meeting you exactly where you are — so you train safely and effectively from the start.
Depending on how quickly you want to reach your goals, we recommend 1–2 private sessions per week. The majority of our 1:1 clients train once a week, optionally complemented by group classes. Quality over quantity — consistent supervised training is what matters most.
Yes, you can choose between single sessions and a 5-session block or 10-session block.
Yes, some clients use the initial assessment as an entry point and then transition either directly or after several 1:1 private sessions into the appropriate group class.
Teacher training
Yes, regular personal Pilates practice is required, ideally with experience in the classical method.
Yes, installment payment is available depending on programme structure. Details are discussed during the application process.
The programme includes three scheduled seminars, with the remainder completed through independent study, observation, and practice teaching. Because the training is self-paced, the overall duration varies for each participant depending on their schedule and the time they are able to commit.

All sessions are booked through the online booking system. This secures your spot and provides automatic confirmation and reminders.
