Credentials & Experience

  • 20+ years classical Pilates practice
  • Comprehensive classical Pilates teacher training
  • Teacher-trainer and programme director
  • Experience across rehabilitation, athletic performance, and general wellness

Katie's teaching is rooted in the full classical Pilates method as developed by Joseph Pilates. After more than two decades of dedicated practice and study, she founded Katie Kollar Pilates in Wels to offer clients the depth and discipline of the complete system — not a simplified version of it. Every private session, assessment, and training programme is led by Katie personally. Her approach is clear, structured, and individually adapted: she meets each client where they are and builds a path forward based on what their body actually needs.

I believe Pilates works best when it is taught with precision, patience, and genuine care. That is what I bring to every session.

Our Training Apprentices

Sandra and Tanja are currently completing the comprehensive classical Pilates teacher training programme at Katie Kollar Pilates. They train under Katie's direct supervision, combining rigorous study of the classical method with real teaching experience in the studio.
