Each session is designed for a specific stage of your personal Pilates journey. If you are unsure where to begin, start with Basic.
Basic
For those new to classical Pilates or returning after a break.
You will learn the foundational exercises, develop an understanding of the powerhouse and how to engage it, and practise proper breathing and posture. You will also become familiar with the Reformer and other classical apparatus, learning to use them safely and effectively. Sessions move at a steady pace to build a strong and confident foundation.
Gentle Intermediate
For experienced students who prefer a steadier pace compared to Intermediate.
A thoughtful and controlled practice with an emphasis on precision, centering, and smooth transitions. Ideal for those who wish to continue progressing while honouring their body’s individual needs.
Intermediate
For students with a consistent practice and a solid understanding of the foundational work.
Students engage the powerhouse consistently, maintain proper breathing and physical centering, and move with control through the classical repertoire. Sessions become more continuous and flowing, with increased coordination and stamina.
Advanced
For experienced students with a consistent and committed practice.
Sessions are dynamic and flowing, with seamless transitions and minimal pauses. Students work through a greater range of motion with a more refined and intuitive use of the steel springs, and a deep connection to the classical Pilates system.
